At LEVR.shop, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality books and exceptional service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations when purchasing from us.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be a physical book purchased directly from LEVR.shop.

  • The book must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and free from any damage, marks, or signs of wear.

  • The return must include the original proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

We do not accept returns for:

  • Books that have been opened, read, or damaged after delivery.

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at ShopLEVR@hotmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please include the following details in your message:

  • Your order number

  • The title of the book(s) you wish to return

  • A brief reason for the return

Our support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), LEVR.shop will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other returns (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

4. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and photos clearly showing the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
